💛 About Bare Face and Natural Makeup 💛

Today,
I thought I’d share a somewhat serious talk ☺️✨

Ain started modeling after experiencing GAKUSEI RUNWAY in March last year, and debuted as a photo session model in July 📸✨

At the beginning, I really didn’t know left from right and was full of anxiety 🥺💦

During that time,
the warm and friendly PUREFUL photo session staff taught me many things,
and I gradually got used to the photo session environment ☺️✨

At first, people would just say things like:
“This is the new girl Ain-chan 😊”
“I’ll take some shots next time if I get the chance 📸”

Even just being noticed like that made me really happy and gave me a lot of encouragement 🥺💛

But after that…

But in reality…

Even though I entered events almost every week,
reservations didn’t increase much…
There were many days where I only had one slot 💦

I even worried:
“Should I really continue as a model…?”
“Maybe another path would be better…”

There was a time when I felt that way 🥺

At that moment, what I decided was…

✨ “Instead of trying to match what others want, I want to appear in photo sessions showing the version of myself I want to show the most‼️” ✨

And what I admired at the time was…

💛✨ Gyaru ✨💛

Hehe🤣✨

I asked the organizers:
“Won’t this be off-concept?”
“Is it okay for photo sessions?”

They replied:
“To be honest, demand might be low, but you can try it if you want 😊”

Honestly at the time I was worried:
“What if I get even fewer reservations… 🥺”

Still, with the mindset of:

🌟 Prioritizing what I really want to do
🌟 Trying everything

I decided to go full gyaru route ✨

Then…

Little by little, word spread, and reservations started coming in 🥺✨

I went all in:

💛 Dyed my hair blonde ✨
💛 Researched makeup over and over ✨
💛 Changed all my outfits to gyaru style ✨

I made a real complete change ☺️✨

Thanks to that, many more people got to know me,
and photographers started coming from all over Japan — from Hokkaido to Okinawa 😭✨

Not just once — many people come back repeatedly to shoot with me 🥺💛

I’m truly so grateful ✨

With that momentum…
I also took on Tokyo debut ☺️✨

Honestly, I was extremely anxious:

“Will this really be okay…?”
“Will I get any reservations…?”

But everyone supported me so much 😭✨

My very first Tokyo photo session was

fully booked with almost every slot taken ✨

During the sessions, there was constantly a line of about 20 people,
and I had nonstop shoots 📸✨

For me,

✨ Being able to stick to “what I love”
✨ And having that accepted by others

This became a huge source of confidence 🥺💛

After that experience,
I graduated from PUREFUL photo sessions,
and took the step toward…

✨Independence ✨

From now on, while continuing the gyaru style 💛✨
I want to aim for an even more powered-up
“Ain Nanase-style gyaru” ☺️✨

On the other hand…

Lately,
I’ve also started wanting to challenge myself with:
🌿 A more natural version of myself
🌿 A version close to my bare face
🌿 An unadorned Ain Nanase

I want to become a model that people can like both as:

“Gyaru Ain ✨”

and

“Natural Ain ✨”
